Day 1:

• Start your day with a delicious breakfast at one of the many cafes in Fira, the capital of Santorini. Try some traditional Greek yogurt with honey and fresh fruit, or indulge in some pastries and coffee.
• After breakfast, head to the ancient city of Akrotiri. This archaeological site is one of the most important in Greece and is known for its well-preserved Minoan ruins. Spend a few hours exploring the site and learning about the history of the island.
