Amalfi Coast

Here's an ideal itinerary for 4 days in Amalfi Coast:

Day 1:

• Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel or one of the local cafes. Try some fresh pastries and coffee to fuel up for the day.
• Head to Capri, one of the most beautiful islands in Italy. Take a ferry from Sorrento or Positano to reach Capri. Once you arrive, take a boat tour around the island to see the famous Blue Grotto and other stunning sights.
• After the boat tour, explore the island on foot. Visit the Piazzetta, the main square of Capri, and enjoy some gelato while taking in the views. You can also visit the Gardens of Augustus, which offer panoramic views of the sea and the Faraglioni rocks.
• In the evening, head back to the mainland and have dinner at one of the many seafood restaurants in Sorrento or Positano.

Day 2:

• Start your day with a hike along the Path of the Gods, a scenic trail that offers breathtaking views of the coastline. The trail starts in Bomerano and ends in Nocelle, and takes about 3-4 hours to complete.
• After the hike, head to Amalfi and explore the town. Visit the Cathedral of St. Andrew, which dates back to the 11th century, and the Paper Museum, which showcases the history of paper-making in Amalfi.
• Have lunch at one of the local restaurants in Amalfi, and try some of the local specialties like spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams) or scialatielli ai frutti di mare (a type of pasta with seafood).
• In the afternoon, take a boat tour along the coast to see the beautiful cliffs and coves. You can also stop at some of the small towns along the way, like Positano or Praiano.
• In the evening, head back to your hotel and relax with a glass of limoncello, a traditional lemon liqueur from the region.

Day 3:

• Start your day with a visit to Ravello, a charming town perched on a hilltop overlooking the sea. Visit the Villa Rufolo, a medieval villa with beautiful gardens and stunning views of the coast.
• Have lunch at one of the local restaurants in Ravello, and try some of the local dishes like melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant parmesan) or polpo alla luciana (octopus stew).
• In the afternoon, head to Positano and explore the town. Walk along the narrow streets lined with colorful houses and shops, and visit the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, which has a beautiful majolica-tiled dome.
• Have dinner at one of the many restaurants in Positano, and enjoy some fresh seafood while taking in the views of the sea.

Day 4:

• Start your day with a visit to the town of Sorrento. Walk along the Corso Italia, the main street of Sorrento, and visit the Cathedral of Sorrento and the Museo Correale di Terranova, which showcases art and artifacts from the region.
• Have lunch at one of the local restaurants in Sorrento, and try some of the local specialties like gnocchi alla sorrentina (potato dumplings with tomato sauce and mozzarella) or zuppa di pesce (fish soup).
• In the afternoon, take a drive along the Amalfi Coast and stop at some of the scenic viewpoints along the way. You can also visit some of the small towns along the coast, like Maiori or Minori.
• In the evening, have a farewell dinner at one of the local restaurants in your hotel or in one of the towns along the coast. Enjoy some delicious Italian food and wine while reminiscing about your amazing trip to Amalfi Coast.
