Armenia is a beautiful country with a rich history and culture. Here's an ideal itinerary for 4 days in Armenia:

Day 1:

• Start your day by visiting the Matenadaran, a museum and research institute of ancient manuscripts. You'll get to see some of the oldest and most valuable manuscripts in the world.
• Next, head to the Cascade Complex, a giant stairway that connects downtown Yerevan with the Monument neighborhood. The complex features several art installations and offers stunning views of the city.
• In the evening, visit the Republic Square, which is the heart of Yerevan. It's a great place to people-watch and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Day 2:

• Take a day trip to Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery. Garni Temple is a Hellenistic temple built in the 1st century AD, while Geghard Monastery is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 4th century AD. Both sites are located in picturesque settings and offer a glimpse into Armenia's ancient past.
• On your way back to Yerevan, stop at the Vernissage Market, where you can find traditional Armenian handicrafts, souvenirs, and artwork.

Day 3:

• Visit the Khor Virap Monastery, which is located near the Turkish border and offers stunning views of Mount Ararat. This is also the site where Saint Gregory the Illuminator was imprisoned for 13 years before he converted King Tiridates III to Christianity.
• Next, head to Noravank Monastery, which is located in a narrow gorge and features intricate carvings and frescoes.

Day 4:

• Next, head to the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, which is a solemn tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide. The complex features a museum, a memorial wall, and an eternal flame.
