Here's a fun and family-friendly itinerary for 4 days in Berlin:

Day 1:

Start your day with a visit to the iconic Brandenburg Gate, one of the most famous landmarks in Berlin. From there, take a stroll through the Tiergarten park, which is perfect for a picnic or a bike ride. In the afternoon, head over to Potsdamer Platz, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants.
