Day 1: Arrival in Paro
Welcome to Bhutan! Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to relax and acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon, visit the , housed in a historic watchtower, to learn about the country's rich cultural heritage. End the day with a visit to , a stunning fortress-monastery.
Day 2: Paro - Tiger's Nest Hike
Today, embark on an unforgettable hike to the iconic Tiger's Nest Monastery, also known as Taktsang. This sacred site clings to a cliffside, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. The hike takes about 4-5 hours round trip, and along the way, you'll pass through beautiful forests and prayer flag-adorned paths. After the hike, relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
Day 3: Paro - Thimphu
After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. En route, stop at the , built by the famous Tibetan saint Thangtong Gyalpo. In Thimphu, visit the , a revered Buddhist shrine, and explore the vibrant local markets. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll along the and enjoy the city's lively atmosphere.
Day 4: Thimphu - Punakha
Today, drive to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan. On the way, stop at , where you can admire panoramic views of the Himalayas and visit the beautiful . In Punakha, visit , an architectural masterpiece located at the confluence of two rivers. Take a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the "Fertility Temple," dedicated to the Divine Madman.
Day 5: Punakha - Gangtey
Head towards Gangtey, a picturesque valley known for its stunning landscapes and the . En route, visit the , perched on a ridge overlooking the Punatsangchhu River. Day 6: Gangtey - Paro

Day 7: Departure
