Boston is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Boston:

Day 1:

Start your day by visiting the famous Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. Take a tour of the stadium and learn about its rich history. After that, head over to the nearby Museum of Fine Arts, which has an impressive collection of art from around the world.

For lunch, grab a bite at Quincy Market, a historic marketplace filled with food vendors and shops. After lunch, take a stroll through the Boston Common, the oldest public park in the United States. From there, walk along the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile path that takes you past 16 historical sites, including the Massachusetts State House and Paul Revere's House.

End your day with dinner at one of Boston's many seafood restaurants, such as Legal Sea Foods or Neptune Oyster.

Day 2:

Start your day by taking a ferry to the Boston Harbor Islands, a group of islands just off the coast of Boston. Spend the morning exploring the islands, hiking, and enjoying the beautiful views of the city skyline.

After returning to the mainland, head over to the North End, Boston's Little Italy. Grab some delicious Italian food for lunch and then visit the Old North Church, where Paul Revere famously hung his lanterns to signal the British invasion.

In the afternoon, visit the USS Constitution Museum, which tells the story of "Old Ironsides," the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world. End your day with a sunset sail on a schooner in Boston Harbor.

Day 3:

Start your day by visiting the Harvard University campus in Cambridge, just across the Charles River from Boston. Take a tour of the campus and explore the Harvard Art Museums.

After lunch, head back to Boston and visit the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, which houses an impressive collection of art and artifacts from around the world. From there, take a walk along the Charles River Esplanade, a beautiful park that runs along the river.

End your day with dinner at one of Boston's many excellent restaurants, such as Oleana or Craigie on Main.
