Fairbanks, Alaska is a beautiful place to visit, and there are plenty of things to do and see. Here's an ideal itinerary for 2 days in Fairbanks:

Day 1:

Morning: Start your day with a visit to the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. This center is a great place to learn about the history and culture of Fairbanks and the surrounding areas. You can also pick up maps and brochures to help plan the rest of your trip.

Afternoon: After the cultural center, head over to Pioneer Park. This park is a great place to spend an afternoon, with plenty of attractions to keep you busy. You can ride the train, visit the museum, or even pan for gold!

Day 2:

Afternoon: After the museum, head over to Chena Hot Springs Resort. This resort is located about an hour outside of Fairbanks, but it's definitely worth the trip. You can soak in the hot springs, take a dip in the indoor pool, or even go dog sledding!

Evening: For dinner, head over to the Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Co. This brewery is located in Fox, just outside of Fairbanks, and serves up delicious pub fare and locally brewed beer. It's a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.
