Day 1:

Morning: Start your day with a visit to the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. This center is a great place to learn about the history and culture of Fairbanks and the surrounding areas. You can also pick up maps and brochures to help plan the rest of your trip.

Afternoon: After the cultural center, head over to Pioneer Park. This park is a great place to spend an afternoon, with plenty of attractions to keep you busy. You can ride the train, visit the museum, or even pan for gold!

Evening: For dinner, head over to the Pump House Restaurant and Saloon. This restaurant is located right on the Chena River and has a great view. They serve up delicious seafood and steak, and have a great selection of beers on tap.

Day 2:

Morning: Start your day with a visit to the University of Alaska Museum of the North. This museum is a great place to learn about the natural history of Alaska, with exhibits on everything from dinosaurs to the northern lights.

Afternoon: After the museum, head over to Chena Hot Springs Resort. This resort is located about an hour outside of Fairbanks, but it's definitely worth the trip. You can soak in the hot springs, take a dip in the indoor pool, or even go dog sledding!

Evening: For dinner, head over to the Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Co. This brewery is located in Fox, just outside of Fairbanks, and serves up delicious pub fare and locally brewed beer. It's a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.
