Galicia is a beautiful region in Spain, known for its stunning coastline, delicious seafood, and rich cultural heritage. Here's an ideal itinerary for 5 days in Galicia:

Day 1: Arrival in Santiago de Compostela

Upon arrival in Santiago de Compostela, check into your hotel and take some time to explore the city's historic center. Visit the famous Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, which is the final destination of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route. Take a stroll through the charming streets of the old town, and stop at one of the many cafes or restaurants to try some local specialties like pulpo a la gallega (Galician-style octopus).

Day 2: Rias Baixas Wine Tour

Today, you'll head out on a wine tour of the Rias Baixas region, which is known for its crisp white wines made from the Albariño grape. You'll visit several wineries, where you can taste the wines and learn about the winemaking process. Along the way, you'll also enjoy stunning views of the coastline and the picturesque villages that dot the landscape.

Day 3: Costa da Morte

Day 5: Santiago de Compostela

Visit the Monastery of San Martín Pinario, which is one of the largest monasteries in Spain, and stroll through the beautiful Alameda Park.
