Grand Teton

Day 1:

Morning:

• Start your day by entering Grand Teton National Park from the north entrance. As you drive through the entrance, take a moment to appreciate the stunning views of the Teton Range.
• Head towards Colter Bay Village, where you can find free camping options. Set up your campsite and get ready for an adventurous day ahead.

Afternoon:

• After settling in, make your way to Jenny Lake. This picturesque lake offers various activities such as hiking, boating, and fishing. Take a scenic boat ride across the lake to the trailhead, or if you prefer, hike the 2-mile trail around the lake.
• Once you reach the trailhead, embark on the Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point hike. This moderate 5.8-mile round trip hike will take you through beautiful forests, past cascading waterfalls, and reward you with breathtaking views of the Teton Range from Inspiration Point.

Evening:

• After your hike, head back to your campsite and enjoy a well-deserved dinner cooked over a campfire. Take in the peacefulness of the surroundings and the beauty of the starry night sky.
• If you're up for it, consider taking a short drive to the nearby Jackson Lake for some stargazing. The lack of light pollution in this area makes it an ideal spot for observing the night sky.
