Iceland is a beautiful country with so much to offer. Here's an ideal itinerary for 6 days in Iceland:

Day 1: Arrival and Reykjavik Exploration

• Arrive at Keflavik International Airport and take the Flybus or taxi to your hotel in Reykjavik.
• Spend the day exploring the city of Reykjavik, starting with a visit to Hallgrimskirkja, the iconic church that offers stunning views of the city from its tower.
• Walk around the colorful streets of the city center, stopping by the Harpa Concert Hall and the Sun Voyager sculpture along the way.
• End the day with a soak in one of Reykjavik's many geothermal pools, such as the famous Blue Lagoon.

Day 2: Golden Circle Tour

• Take a guided tour of the Golden Circle, which includes three of Iceland's most popular attractions: Thingvellir National Park, Geysir geothermal area, and Gullfoss waterfall.
