Italy is a beautiful country with so much to see and do. Here's an ideal itinerary for 7 days in Italy:

Day 1: Arrival in Rome

Upon arrival in Rome, check into your hotel and take some time to rest and freshen up. In the afternoon, head out to explore the city. Start with a visit to the Colosseum, one of the most iconic landmarks in Rome. After that, head to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, which are located nearby. End the day with a stroll through the charming streets of Trastevere, where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars.

Day 2: Vatican City and St. Peter's Basilica

Start your day early with a visit to Vatican City, the smallest country in the world. Explore the Vatican Museums, which house some of the most famous works of art in the world, including the Sistine Chapel. After that, head to St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in the world. Climb to the top of the dome for stunning views of the city.

Day 3: Florence
