Kauai is a beautiful island with so much to offer. Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Kauai:

Day 1:

• Start your day with a sunrise hike to the top of Sleeping Giant. This is a moderate hike that takes about 2-3 hours round trip. The views from the top are breathtaking and definitely worth the effort.
• After the hike, head to Kauai Coffee Company for a tour and tasting. This is a great way to learn about the coffee-making process and sample some delicious coffee.
