Day 1: Arrival in Almaty

Visit the Central State Museum to learn about Kazakhstan's rich history and culture. End the day with a leisurely stroll in Panfilov Park and admire the colorful Zenkov Cathedral.

Day 2: Charyn Canyon

Embark on a day trip to Charyn Canyon, a natural wonder located about 200 kilometers from Almaty. Marvel at the breathtaking rock formations and enjoy a hike through the canyon. Don't forget to snap some photos of the stunning scenery and enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature.

Day 3: Big Almaty Lake

Spend the day exploring Big Almaty Lake, a picturesque alpine reservoir located in the Tian Shan mountains. Enjoy the stunning views of the turquoise waters and surrounding peaks, and take a leisurely hike around the lake. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also visit the nearby Cosmostation Tien Shan Observatory.

Day 4: Shymbulak Ski Resort

Head to Shymbulak Ski Resort for a day of outdoor adventure. Even if you're not a skier, you can still enjoy the stunning mountain views, take a ride on the cable car, and indulge in a delicious meal at one of the resort's restaurants. If you're visiting in the summer, you can also go hiking or mountain biking in the area.

Day 5: Turgen Gorge

Explore the beautiful Turgen Gorge, located about 90 kilometers from Almaty. Take a scenic drive through the gorge, stopping to admire waterfalls, hot springs, and lush forests along the way. You can also go horseback riding or trekking in the area for a more immersive experience.

Day 6: Kolsai Lakes

Travel to the Kolsai Lakes National Park for a day of tranquility and natural beauty. Hike to the stunning Kolsai Lakes, a series of three alpine lakes surrounded by pine forests and snow-capped peaks. Enjoy a picnic by the lakeside and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of this remote wilderness.

Day 7: Altyn Emel National Park

Venture to Altyn Emel National Park, a vast protected area known for its diverse landscapes and unique rock formations. Explore the Singing Dunes, a phenomenon where the sand emits a melodic sound when disturbed, and visit the Aktau and Katutau mountains for stunning geological formations.

Day 8: Baikonur Cosmodrome

Day 9: Astana (Nur-Sultan)
