Here's a suggested itinerary for 7 days in London that includes plenty of green spaces and allows you to explore the city at a relaxed pace:

Day 1: Arrival and Exploring the City

• Arrive in London and check into your hotel
• Take a stroll around the city center, starting with Trafalgar Square and then walking down Whitehall to see the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben
