Day 1:

Good morning! Welcome to Malta, a beautiful Mediterranean island with a rich history and stunning landscapes. Let's start our first day with a visit to Valletta, the capital city. Begin by exploring the Upper Barrakka Gardens, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Grand Harbour and the Three Cities.

Afterward, head to St. John's Co-Cathedral, a masterpiece of Baroque architecture. Inside, you'll be amazed by the intricate marble work and the stunning Caravaggio paintings. Take your time to soak in the atmosphere and admire the beauty of this historical gem.

For lunch, I recommend trying some traditional Maltese cuisine. Head to a local restaurant and indulge in dishes like rabbit stew, pastizzi (flaky pastries filled with ricotta or mushy peas), and ftira (a local bread filled with various toppings).

In the afternoon, take a short ferry ride to the neighboring island of Gozo. Explore the charming village of Victoria, where you can visit the Citadel, a fortified city with breathtaking views of the island. Don't forget to stop by the Gozo Cathedral and the Folklore Museum to learn more about the island's culture and history.

As the sun begins to set, make your way to Dwejra Bay to witness the stunning Azure Window, a natural limestone arch that has become an iconic landmark. Although the arch collapsed in 2017, the area still offers beautiful coastal views and is a great spot for some memorable photos.

For dinner, head back to Valletta and enjoy a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants. Indulge in fresh seafood dishes while enjoying the picturesque views of the harbor.

Day 2:

Good morning! Today, let's explore the southern part of Malta. Start your day by visiting the ancient city of Mdina, also known as the "Silent City." Wander through its narrow streets, admire the medieval architecture, and visit the impressive St. Paul's Cathedral. Don't forget to stop by the Mdina Dungeons for a spine-chilling experience and a glimpse into Malta's dark past.

Next, head to the nearby fishing village of Marsaxlokk. This colorful village is famous for its Sunday fish market, where you can find a wide variety of fresh seafood and local crafts. Take a stroll along the waterfront, admire the traditional Maltese fishing boats called luzzus, and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants.

Afterward, make your way to the Blue Grotto, a series of sea caves and crystal-clear waters. Take a boat tour to explore the caves and marvel at the vibrant blue hues of the water. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even go for a swim or try some cliff jumping.

As the day comes to an end, head to the charming village of Marsaskala. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the promenade, soak in the relaxed atmosphere, and find a cozy restaurant to enjoy a delightful dinner.
