Day 1:

Good morning! Welcome to Marayoor, a beautiful destination nestled in the lap of nature. Let's start our first day with a refreshing breakfast at a local café. After fueling up, we'll head out to explore the enchanting sights of Marayoor.

Our first stop will be the Marayoor Sandalwood Forest, a unique and aromatic experience. Take a leisurely stroll through the forest, inhaling the soothing scent of sandalwood and marveling at the tall trees that surround you. Don't forget to capture some Instagram-worthy pictures!

Next, we'll visit the Thoovanam Waterfalls, a hidden gem tucked away in the wilderness. The cascading waterfalls and lush greenery create a picturesque setting, perfect for a picnic or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature. Take a dip in the cool waters and let the waterfall massage your shoulders – it's truly rejuvenating!

Today, we'll explore the natural wonders of Marayoor. Our first stop will be the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. Embark on a thrilling safari through the sanctuary, where you can spot elephants, deer, langurs, and a variety of bird species. The sanctuary is also home to the endangered grizzled giant squirrel, so keep your eyes peeled!

After the safari, we'll visit the Thoovanam Dam, a serene spot where you can relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding hills and the glistening waters of the dam. Take a leisurely walk along the dam and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
