Nicaragua is a beautiful country with so much to offer. Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Nicaragua:

Day 1:

• Start your day with a visit to the Masaya Volcano National Park, which is just a short drive from Managua. You can hike up to the crater and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
• After visiting the volcano, head to Granada, one of Nicaragua's most charming colonial cities. Take a stroll through the colorful streets and admire the architecture.
• In the afternoon, take a boat tour of Lake Nicaragua, the largest lake in Central America. You'll see some of the many islands that dot the lake, including the famous Monkey Island.

Day 2:

• Start your day with a visit to the Mombacho Volcano Nature Reserve, where you can hike through the cloud forest and see a variety of wildlife.
• After your hike, head to the town of San Juan del Sur on the Pacific coast. This laid-back beach town is a popular spot for surfers and has plenty of restaurants and bars to explore.
• In the evening, head to the beach to watch the sunset over the ocean.

Day 3:

• Start your day with a visit to the colonial city of Leon, which is known for its beautiful churches and museums. Don't miss the opportunity to climb to the top of the Cathedral of Leon for panoramic views of the city.
