Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Sao Paulo:

Day 1:

Start your day with a visit to the iconic São Paulo Cathedral, a stunning neo-Gothic cathedral that is one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. From there, head to the nearby Municipal Market, a bustling indoor market that is a foodie's paradise. Sample some of the local specialties, like mortadella sandwiches and pastel de bacalhau (cod-filled pastries).

After lunch, take a stroll through the historic center of São Paulo, where you'll find beautiful colonial-era buildings and charming cobblestone streets. Be sure to check out the São Paulo Museum of Art, which houses an impressive collection of Brazilian and international art.

In the evening, head to the bohemian neighborhood of Vila Madalena, where you'll find a lively nightlife scene. Grab a drink at one of the many bars and clubs in the area, or catch a live music performance at one of the local venues.

Day 2:

Start your day with a visit to the São Paulo Zoo, one of the largest and most diverse zoos in the world. You'll have the chance to see a wide variety of animals, including tigers, lions, elephants, and more.

After the zoo, head to the nearby Ibirapuera Park, a beautiful green space that is often called the "Central Park of São Paulo." Take a stroll through the park's gardens and lakes, or rent a bike and explore the many trails.

You'll have the chance to learn about the history of Brazilian soccer, see memorabilia from some of the country's greatest players, and even test your own skills on a mini soccer field.

After the museum, head to the nearby Liberdade neighborhood, which is home to São Paulo's large Japanese community. Take a stroll through the neighborhood's streets and markets, and be sure to try some of the delicious Japanese food on offer.

In the evening, head to the São Paulo Opera House, a beautiful theater that hosts a wide variety of performances throughout the year. Whether you're interested in opera, ballet, or theater, you're sure to find something to enjoy here.
