Itinerary

Sevilla is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Sevilla:

Day 1:

Start your day by visiting the Real Alcázar, a stunning palace that was built in the 14th century. The palace has beautiful gardens, intricate architecture, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend a few hours exploring the palace and its gardens.

Afterwards, head to the Cathedral of Sevilla, which is the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. The cathedral is home to the tomb of Christopher Columbus and has a beautiful bell tower, La Giralda, that you can climb for panoramic views of the city.

For lunch, head to El Rinconcillo, one of the oldest bars in Sevilla. They serve traditional Andalusian cuisine and have been open since 1670!

In the afternoon, take a stroll through the Barrio Santa Cruz, a charming neighborhood with narrow streets, colorful buildings, and plenty of cafes and shops.

End your day by watching a flamenco show at Casa de la Memoria or La Carbonería, two of the best places to experience this traditional dance form.

Day 2:

Start your day by visiting the Plaza de España, a beautiful square that was built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929. The square has a large fountain, a moat, and beautiful tile work that represents each province of Spain.

Afterwards, head to the Parque de María Luisa, a large park that is home to several museums and monuments. You can rent a bike or take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the park.

For lunch, head to Mercado Lonja del Barranco, a food market with stalls selling everything from seafood to tapas to wine.

In the afternoon, visit the Metropol Parasol, a modern structure that offers panoramic views of the city. You can also visit the Antiquarium, an archaeological museum that showcases the Roman ruins that were discovered during the construction of the structure.

End your day by taking a sunset cruise along the Guadalquivir River. You'll get to see the city from a different perspective and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water.

Day 3:

Start your day by visiting the Casa de Pilatos, a beautiful palace that blends Mudéjar, Gothic, and Renaissance styles. The palace has beautiful gardens and is home to a collection of art and artifacts.

Afterwards, head to the Triana neighborhood, which is known for its ceramics and flamenco culture. Visit the Mercado de Triana, a food market with stalls selling fresh produce, seafood, and more.

For lunch, head to El Faro de Triana, a restaurant that serves traditional Andalusian cuisine with a modern twist.

In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Fine Arts, which has a collection of paintings and sculptures from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

End your day by taking a walk along the Calle Sierpes, a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and cafes. You can also visit the Metropol Parasol again at night, as it is beautifully lit up after dark.
