Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with so much to offer. Here's an ideal itinerary for your 10-day trip:

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Colombo. Spend the day relaxing and exploring the city on your own.

Day 2: Colombo City Tour

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before heading out for a full-day tour of Colombo. Visit the famous Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, and the National Museum. In the evening, take a stroll along Galle Face Green and enjoy the sunset.

Day 3: Sigiriya Rock Fortress

After breakfast, leave for Sigiriya, which is about a 4-hour drive from Colombo. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and watch the elephants bathe and play in the river. After reaching Sigiriya, climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy the stunning views from the top.

Day 4: Polonnaruwa Ancient City

Visit the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the ruins of the Royal Palace, Gal Vihara, and other historical sites. In the evening, return to your hotel in Sigiriya and relax.

Day 5: Kandy City Tour

After breakfast, leave for Kandy, which is about a 3-hour drive from Sigiriya. En route, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Kandy, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, the Botanical Gardens, and enjoy a cultural dance performance in the evening.

Day 6: Nuwara Eliya

Leave for Nuwara Eliya, also known as Little England, which is about a 3-hour drive from Kandy. En route, visit a tea plantation and factory and learn about the process of tea production. In Nuwara Eliya, visit the Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, and enjoy the cool climate.

Day 7: Horton Plains National Park

Visit the Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and hike to the World's End viewpoint for breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. In the evening, return to your hotel in Nuwara Eliya and relax.

Day 8: Yala National Park

Leave for Yala National Park, which is about a 5-hour drive from Nuwara Eliya. En route, visit the Rawana Ella Waterfall and the Buduruwagala Temple. In Yala, go on a safari and spot leopards, elephants, and other wildlife.

Day 9: Mirissa Beach

Leave for Mirissa, which is about a 2-hour drive from Yala. Spend the day relaxing on the beach, swimming, and enjoying water sports activities. In the evening, watch the sunset and enjoy a romantic dinner by the beach.

Day 10: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the Bandaranaike International Airport for your flight back home.
