Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, you can explore the vibrant city of Colombo, visit the bustling markets, and indulge in some delicious Sri Lankan cuisine.

Day 2: Colombo - Sigiriya

After breakfast, we will head towards Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the way, we will stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can witness the adorable baby elephants being bottle-fed and bathed. In the afternoon, we will visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a complex of ancient rock temples filled with stunning Buddhist murals and statues. Finally, we will reach Sigiriya, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Day 3: Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa - Minneriya National Park

Today, we will explore the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the well-preserved ruins of palaces, temples, and statues that date back to the 11th century. In the afternoon, we will embark on a thrilling jeep safari in Minneriya National Park, known for its large population of wild elephants. Get your cameras ready for some incredible wildlife sightings!

Day 4: Sigiriya - Kandy

After breakfast, we will make our way to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. En route, we will visit a spice garden in Matale, where you can learn about the various spices and herbs that are grown in Sri Lanka. In the evening, we will visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, which houses the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha. Witness a traditional cultural dance performance and immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Kandy.

Day 5: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

Today, we will embark on a scenic train journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, also known as "Little England." Enjoy the breathtaking views of tea plantations, mist-covered mountains, and cascading waterfalls along the way. In Nuwara Eliya, you can explore the picturesque town, visit a tea factory to learn about the tea-making process, and even enjoy a cup of freshly brewed Ceylon tea.

Day 6: Nuwara Eliya - Ella

After breakfast, we will continue our journey to Ella, a charming hill station surrounded by lush greenery. Ella is famous for its stunning views, hiking trails, and the iconic Nine Arch Bridge. Take a leisurely walk through tea plantations, visit the Ravana Falls, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of this beautiful town.

Day 7: Ella - Yala National Park

Today, we will head towards Yala National Park, the most famous wildlife sanctuary in Sri Lanka. Embark on an exciting jeep safari and keep your eyes peeled for leopards, elephants, sloth bears, and a variety of bird species. Yala National Park offers a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the incredible wildlife of Sri Lanka.

Day 8: Yala - Galle - Bentota

After breakfast, we will drive to the historic city of Galle, known for its well-preserved Dutch colonial architecture. Explore the charming streets, visit the iconic Galle Fort, and enjoy the stunning views of the Indian Ocean. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to Bentota, a popular beach destination. Relax on the golden sandy beaches, take a dip in the crystal-clear waters, or indulge in water sports activities.

Day 9: Bentota - Colombo

On the final day of your trip, we will head back to Colombo. You can spend the day exploring the city, visiting the National Museum, shopping for souvenirs, or simply strolling along the Galle Face Green promenade. In the evening, we will transfer you to the airport for your departure, bidding you farewell with wonderful memories of your Sri Lankan adventure.
