Sweden is a beautiful country with so much to offer. Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Sweden:

Day 1:

Start your day by exploring the charming city of Stockholm. Visit the Royal Palace, which is one of the largest palaces in Europe and home to the Swedish royal family. Take a stroll through Gamla Stan, the old town of Stockholm, and admire the colorful buildings and cobblestone streets. Stop by Stortorget, the main square of Gamla Stan, and grab a cup of coffee at one of the many cafes.

In the afternoon, head to the Vasa Museum, which houses the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship that has ever been salvaged. The museum is located on the island of Djurgården and is easily accessible by public transportation.

End your day by taking a boat tour around the archipelago of Stockholm. You'll get to see some of the most beautiful islands and landscapes in Sweden.

Day 2:

Start your day by taking a train to Uppsala, a historic university town located about an hour north of Stockholm. Visit the Uppsala Cathedral, which is the largest church in Scandinavia and dates back to the 13th century. Take a walk through the picturesque Botanical Garden, which is home to over 11,000 plant species.

In the afternoon, head back to Stockholm and visit the ABBA Museum, which is dedicated to the famous Swedish pop group. You'll get to see their costumes, instruments, and even sing along to their songs.

End your day by visiting the SkyView, which is a gondola ride that takes you to the top of the Ericsson Globe, the world's largest spherical building. From the top, you'll get a stunning view of Stockholm.

Day 3:

Start your day by taking a train to Malmö, a vibrant city located in the south of Sweden. Visit the Malmö Castle, which dates back to the 16th century and is now home to a museum. Take a walk through the charming Old Town and stop by Stortorget, the main square.

In the afternoon, head to the Turning Torso, which is a skyscraper that twists 90 degrees from bottom to top. You can take an elevator to the top and enjoy the stunning view of Malmö and the Öresund Bridge, which connects Sweden and Denmark.

End your day by taking a train back to Stockholm and enjoying a traditional Swedish dinner at one of the many restaurants in the city. Don't forget to try some Swedish meatballs and lingonberry sauce!
