Day 2: Hobart to Freycinet National Park

Head northeast towards Freycinet National Park. Along the way, make a stop at the picturesque town of Richmond, known for its well-preserved Georgian architecture. Once you reach Freycinet, set up camp and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery. Take a hike to Wineglass Bay lookout for breathtaking views or relax on the pristine beaches.

Day 3: Freycinet National Park to Bay of Fires

Continue your journey north to the Bay of Fires, famous for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Spend the day exploring the area, swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the beach. Set up camp near the Bay of Fires Conservation Area and enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars.

Day 4: Bay of Fires to Launceston

Head west towards Launceston, Tasmania's second-largest city. Explore the charming Cataract Gorge, take a walk along the Tamar River, and visit the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery. In the evening, find a camping site near Launceston and enjoy a barbecue dinner with your family.

Day 5: Launceston to Cradle Mountain

Drive towards Cradle Mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife. Take a hike around Dove Lake, spot wombats and wallabies, and enjoy the tranquility of the wilderness. Set up camp in the Cradle Mountain area and spend the night surrounded by nature.

Day 6: Cradle Mountain to Stanley

Head northwest towards the charming town of Stanley. Explore the historic Highfield House, take a walk up to The Nut for panoramic views, and visit the local galleries and shops. Set up camp near Stanley and enjoy a relaxing evening by the beach.

Day 7: Stanley to Strahan

Drive south along the scenic west coast to the town of Strahan. Find a camping site near Strahan and enjoy a peaceful night surrounded by nature.

Day 8: Strahan to Lake St Clair

Continue your journey east towards Lake St Clair, Australia's deepest freshwater lake. Take a walk along the famous Overland Track, visit the visitor center, and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding wilderness. Set up camp near Lake St Clair and spend the night under the starry sky.

Day 9: Lake St Clair to Hobart

Head back towards Hobart, but take a scenic route through the Derwent Valley. Visit the stunning Russell Falls in Mount Field National Park, explore the charming town of New Norfolk, and enjoy the beautiful countryside views. Return to Hobart and find a camping site for your final night in Tasmania.

Day 10: Departure

Sadly, it's time to say goodbye to Tasmania. Return your motorhomes in Hobart and reminisce about the amazing memories you've created during your 10-day adventure.
