Day 2: Anaga Rural Park

• Morning: Drive to Anaga Rural Park, a hidden gem with lush forests and stunning views. Hike the Sendero de los Sentidos trail, which is relatively easy and offers breathtaking scenery.
• Afternoon: Visit the charming village of Taganana. Enjoy a local lunch at a traditional Canarian restaurant.
• Evening: Find a spot at Playa de Benijo for a spectacular sunset. The beach is less crowded and offers dramatic views of the cliffs.

Day 3: La Laguna and Teide National Park

• Morning: Head to San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Wander through its colorful streets and visit the local market.
• Afternoon: Drive to Teide National Park. Explore the park’s unique landscapes and take a short hike, like the Roques de Garcia trail.
• Evening: Stay in the park for sunset. The views of Mount Teide against the colorful sky are simply magical!

Day 4: Masca Valley

• Morning: Take a trip to the picturesque village of Masca. The drive there is stunning, with winding roads and breathtaking views.
• Afternoon: Hike the Masca Valley trail down to the beach (or just enjoy the village if you prefer a lighter day). The hike is a bit challenging but incredibly rewarding!

Day 5: Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena

• Morning: Visit the Los Gigantes Cliffs. You can take a boat tour to see the cliffs from the water and maybe spot some dolphins!
• Afternoon: Relax at Playa de la Arena, a beautiful black sand beach. Enjoy some sunbathing or a swim.
• Evening: Have dinner at a beachside restaurant and watch the sunset over the ocean. The colors reflecting off the water are breathtaking!

Day 6: La Orotava and Botanical Gardens

• Morning: Explore the charming town of La Orotava. Visit the Casa de los Balcones and stroll through the historic streets.
• Afternoon: Head to the Botanical Gardens in Puerto de la Cruz. It’s a lovely place to wander and enjoy the diverse plant life.
• Evening: Enjoy dinner in Puerto de la Cruz and catch the sunset at Playa Jardín, known for its beautiful gardens and black sand.

Day 7: El Teide and Surroundings

• Morning: Return to Teide National Park for a different perspective. Take the cable car up to the summit (weather permitting) for stunning views.
• Afternoon: Explore the surrounding trails, like Sendero de Montaña Blanca. The unique volcanic landscape is otherworldly!
• Evening: Head back down and find a spot for sunset viewing. The stargazing here is also incredible if you’re up for it!

Day 8: Relaxation and Departure

• Morning: Spend your last morning at Playa de las Teresitas, a beautiful golden sand beach. It’s a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.
• Afternoon: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a beachside café. Take a final stroll along the beach or visit the nearby Pyramids of Güímar if time allows.
• Evening: Head to the airport for your departure, or if you have a late flight, enjoy one last sunset on the beach!
