Day 1:

This cave holds great significance as it is believed that Mata Vaishno Devi meditated here for nine months. The cave is around 4 kilometers from the Bhawan and can be reached by foot or by hiring a pony.

• Afternoon: After visiting the Ardh Kuwari Cave, head back to Katra and explore the local markets. You'll find a variety of shops selling souvenirs, handicrafts, and traditional clothing. Don't forget to try some local street food like rajma chawal and kachalu chaat.

• Evening: If time permits, you can visit the Vaishno Devi Temple Complex, which houses several other temples dedicated to different deities. Take a leisurely stroll around the complex and admire the intricate architecture and beautiful surroundings.
