Valencia is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. Here's an ideal itinerary for 3 days in Valencia:

Day 1:

Start your day by visiting the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most iconic landmarks in Valencia. This futuristic complex includes several buildings such as the Hemisfèric, the Science Museum, and the Oceanogràfic. You can easily spend half a day exploring this area.

After lunch, head to the historic center of Valencia. Start at the Plaza de la Virgen, where you can admire the stunning Cathedral of Valencia and the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados. From there, walk to the Mercado Central, one of the largest indoor markets in Europe. Here, you can find fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and other local specialties.

In the evening, head to the trendy neighborhood of Ruzafa. This area is known for its vibrant nightlife, street art, and excellent restaurants. Enjoy dinner at one of the many tapas bars or restaurants in the area.

Day 2:

Start your day by visiting the Turia Gardens, a beautiful park that runs through the heart of Valencia. You can rent a bike or take a leisurely stroll along the park's many paths. Along the way, you'll see several attractions such as the Gulliver Park and the Palau de la Música.

After lunch, head to the Albufera Natural Park, located just outside of Valencia. This park is home to a large lagoon and several rice fields. Take a boat ride on the lagoon and enjoy the stunning views. You can also try some traditional Valencian dishes such as paella, which is made with rice grown in the area.

Day 3:

After lunch, head to the beach! Valencia has several beaches to choose from, but the most popular is Playa de la Malvarrosa. Spend the afternoon soaking up the sun, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, or enjoying some water sports.

In the evening, head back to the historic center of Valencia and enjoy a traditional Valencian dinner. Try some local dishes such as arroz al horno (baked rice) or fideuà (a noodle dish similar to paella). After dinner, head to one of the many bars or clubs in the area and enjoy Valencia's vibrant nightlife.
