Day 1:

Welcome to Dhanushkodi! On your first day, I recommend starting your exploration by visiting the iconic Dhanushkodi Beach. This beach is known for its pristine white sand and crystal-clear blue waters. Take a leisurely stroll along the shore, feel the gentle sea breeze on your face, and soak in the breathtaking views of the Bay of Bengal.

After spending some time at the beach, head towards the Dhanushkodi Temple. This temple holds great religious significance and is believed to be the place where Lord Rama built a bridge to Sri Lanka. In the evening, make your way to the ghost town of Dhanushkodi. This abandoned town was devastated by a cyclone in 1964 and now stands as a haunting reminder of its past. Day 2:

Start your second day by visiting the Adam's Bridge, also known as Rama Setu. This ancient bridge is believed to be the one built by Lord Rama to reach Sri Lanka. Day 3:

Next, visit the Kothandaramaswamy Temple, located near Arichal Munai. This temple is dedicated to Lord Rama and is believed to be the place where he stayed during his journey to Sri Lanka. Explore the temple complex, admire the beautiful carvings, and take a moment to soak in the spiritual ambiance.

In the afternoon, head back to Dhanushkodi Beach for some relaxation and beach activities. You can go for a swim, try your hand at beach volleyball, or simply unwind with a book under the shade of a palm tree.
